Locked In!

I am currently rooming with two other CFI volunteers.  Two of us work at the headquarters here in Jerusalem, and one works at the distribution center.  The distribution center workers start half an hour before those of us who work in headquarters, which means Patty leaves for work sooner than Sara or I do.  This morning when I went to leave, I could not get the door unlocked.  I had no idea what the problem was and asked Sara to give the lock a try (I can sometimes be very inept with locks) but she had the same problem.  It turns out that when Patty left she locked the door then left her key in the lock.  With her key their we could not put our keys in the whole way and unlock the doors.  One of the safety faults I realized that apartments have in Jerusalem is that their is no secondary means of exit.  There are no back doors or fire escapes, which meant that Sara and I first had to try and get a hold of someone, and then we had to wait for them to come and let us out of the flat...  All in all, it was a very amusing morning.
