We visited a chocolate shop on our way home.  In general, Israeli chocolate isn't good, but this place does make a decent chocolate.  It isn't Belgium or Swiss by any means, it is more like Cadbury in quality, so not quite worth the 4.5 NIS ($1.30) per praline price.
