Thanksgiving

Now I know that Thanksgiving is not until tomorrow in the US, but then again, there is no Thanksgiving in Israel.  CFI is celebrating Thanksgiving today though.  We have staff meetings every Wednesday, and the day before Thanksgiving has become the day CFI celebrates, turning our staff meeting into having a large meal and activities related to Thanksgiving.  This year I was given the task of making all the deserts.  This means I had to make pies and sweet breads for over 30 people...  A large task and it seems I've been spending all my time in the kitchen since the weekend (not quite because I didn't do any baking on Monday).

The director of Administration likes to have some explanation of Thanksgiving.  This year he had a couple of the CFI staff put on a puppet show about Thanksgiving for the rest of the staff to watch.
